Collection: Lake Erie Fishing Lures

Lake Erie Fishing Lures — Built for the Walleye Capital of the World

Lake Erie is one of the most productive freshwater fisheries on the planet. Stretching along Ontario's southern border, it's renowned for its world-class walleye fishing, as well as excellent smallmouth bass, yellow perch, and steelhead opportunities. At Stickylures, we design Canadian-made lures and rigs that perform in Lake Erie's unique conditions — from the shallow western basin to the deeper eastern waters near Port Colborne and Fort Erie.

Walleye on Lake Erie

Lake Erie produces more walleye than any other lake in the world. Ontario anglers access this fishery from ports including Port Dover, Port Rowan, Port Colborne, and Crystal Beach. Walleye in Erie respond well to trolling, jigging, and drifting presentations. Our weighted rigs and spoons are designed to be fished at the depths and speeds that Lake Erie walleye prefer throughout the season.

Smallmouth Bass on Lake Erie

Lake Erie's rocky reefs and gravel points hold exceptional smallmouth bass populations, particularly in the eastern basin near the Niagara River. These fish are aggressive and hard-fighting, making them a favourite target for Ontario sport anglers. Our casting spoons and lures are perfectly sized for Lake Erie smallmouth.

Yellow Perch and Other Species

Lake Erie is also one of Ontario's top yellow perch destinations, with strong populations throughout the lake. Our smaller rigs and lures are effective for perch, particularly when fished near bottom structure in 20–40 feet of water.

Seasonal Fishing on Lake Erie

Spring (April–June): Walleye and bass move shallow; excellent shore and near-shore fishing. Summer: Deeper water trolling for walleye; bass on offshore reefs. Fall (September–November): Trophy walleye season; perch fishing peaks.
